If you can't tell, I like to pick obscure movies that have flown under the radar. I don't know if it's because I only watch underrated (a.k.a. bad) movies or if it's because I haven't seen any noteworthy new movies. Either way, I'm bringing back a classic romantic comedy that you've probably never seen because it was just THAT good. ;) When I was IMDB-ing this, I realized it was *ten* years old. Yikes! I was 15! I didn't see this movie until I was about 18 and I watched it religiously until I was about 21. It is a cute movie! Anyway, without further ado...

Movie: Love & Sex
Characters: Adam & Kate (Played the always sex Jon Favreau and Famke Janssen)

Kate: Love is a minefield, you take a step and get blown to pieces, put yourself back together again and stupidly take another step. I guess thats human nature, it hurts so much to be alone that we'd all rather blow-up than be single.

Adam Levy: Two people can be perfect for each other but if the timing's wrong it’s never going to work out. Bad timing is the reason that most normal people end up single. Weirdos and creeps are single cause they are weird and creepy but people like us are single because of bad timing.

Kate: Love is ecstasy and agony. Freedom and imprisonment. Belonging and loneliness. It is what keeps us together when life tears us apart. So, when you find that perfect man hold on tight and call me, so I can run over there and see what he looks like and laugh... Because he does not exist you sad perky little optimistic suckers.

Why: This movie is about the ups & downs of being in a serious relationship. You have good days, bad days, and everything in between. It tries to be *realistic* without being too depressing. It's a movie that even after all this time has stayed on my mind. :)
