CouponChief.com pretty much rocks

If you’ve been following me for a while, you know that I love to shop online. I also will make certain that I’m getting the absolute best deal before I hit that ‘place order’ button. I use a variety of coupon code websites, and here is another one that I’ve added to my list: CouponChief.com.

Coupon Chief has over 50,000 coupons for over 15,000 stores—so you’re bound to find a discount on something that you need. Not sure how to use coupon codes online? Visit their in-depth tutorial to get you started. You can browse coupons or even submit your own codes that you have discovered. And, don't worry that randoms are submitting wrong coupons. Couponchief.com invites its readers to vote on the codes so that you know if it's a "working" deal or if it's dead. When a coupon is expired, it automatically gets removed (because, seriously, the worst feeling is typing in a coupon code online and finding out it's old!).

Couponchief.com also pays you back--really! For any coupon that you submit, they will share 2% of the revenue earned from purchases made with that coupon. So, if you know a good deal, share the wealth! ;) I'm sure you get coupon codes in your email inbox pretty much daily that are just *waiting* to be shared. Now that's good karma right there...

If you're more interested in giving donations rather than taking them, Coupon Chief also has a Coupons-4-Causes program. You first search for charities--I did a search by my area. I found several awesome local non-profits including the Marine Aquarium and Headstart programs. After you select your cause, use Coupon Chief's discount codes and they will donate up to 20% of your purchase to the cause you selected. How neat! The Marine Aquarium in my neighborhood has already had $25 donated. Check out the participating online stores to see where you can shop so your favorite non-profit can score some cash.
