eShakti Dress Review

A while back, eShakti contacted me to promote their huge contest an offered to send me something from their site. I literally scoured their website for hours trying to *decide.* There are SO many choices! To get you up to speed, eShakti is a woman's clothing company that literally carries every size known to man. From a size 0 to a 26W or anything in between (eShakti also does custom sizing and you just turn in your measurements), this line of clothes is literally for "every" woman. Their clothing styles range from 1950s Leave it to Beaver to trendy maxi dresses for enjoying some time in the sun. Skirts, dresses, blouses and accessories in a variety of styles are available for purchase online.

I ended up selecting this little number:

I figured it was bright, summer-y and would great in the Keys during my vacation this summer.

So, how did it turn out? If you remember, I was worried about curvy me in a maxi dress. LC from The Hills has been the only girl that I've seen that could actually pull off this look.
This dress is made of cotton and has embroidered flowers on the bottom. The flowers were very cute and seemed sturdy after a washing. The dress is actually two layers -- so I could actually turn this into a winter dress since I live in Florida by adding a cardigan. I didn't get any custom sizing so I can't speak on that aspect of eShakti, but I really enjoyed their product.

Shipping was fast and I had no issues otherwise. Sizing was true to size. I actually ordered down a size just to ensure that this dress wasn't dragging on the floor (it wasn't even close).
