I wish I could remember more of the ceremony...but I don't. I laughed. I remember talking about someone being drunk. It happened so fast, I can hardly remember it all.
After the first part, my bridesmaid Jamie did a reading.
"Love is a temporary madness, it erupts like volcanoes and then subsides. And when it subsides you have to make a decision. You have to work out whether your roots have so entwined together that it is inconceivable that you should ever part."

it is not the promulgation of eternal passion. That is just being "in love" which any fool can do. Love itself is what is left over when being in love has burned away, and this is both an art and a fortunate accident."

With the first part of the ceremony completed, it was time to do our vows and put our new bling on.

The week before the wedding I got a tattoo! We also had our beach rehearsal before having dinner, handing out bridal party gifts, and a wild after party. The morning of the wedding, I got ready and my girls worked it for the camera. We had a first look and we were off to the ceremony. I shared some candid pictures and the first part of the ceremony.
