Labor Day is the "end of summer." Even though I'm in Florida, whenever Labor Day hits... it just reminds me that cooler weather is coming and beach trips might be limited. This year, I get to do something I hadn't been able to in the past due to school -- an actual summer vacation IN summer. I feel like I've taken trips here and there, but nothing during Labor Day Weekend. I was either working or partying at our local beach. This year we get to head to the Florida Keys. Summer is not over just yet....

It's been a pretty crazy summer. I haven't even had the moment to fully update the most recent happenings -- but I will! I can't wait to start packing all my summer essentials for a week on the beach/boat/sand/hot tub. Hooray!

I'm actually happy this summer is almost over, hubbs and I haven't gotten to enjoy it with all the house work going on. I'm looking forward to the fall...I might actually be able to have people over to SEE the inside of my house...and maybe serve those wine jello shots!
