We didn't start decorating until a week or so ago. We had all our Christmas stuff in our old house so we needed to head north to get it all. I'm glad we did. It feels a lot better having our big tree up and all decorated. I'm ready for Christmas!
Christmas 2011

Can you believe there are only FOUR days until Christmas? And -- I'm still waiting on some presents to be delivered! Eep! Come on Postman!
{Side note: Do you leave anything for your mailman for Christmas? Should I? I do send and receive a lot of packages. Any suggestions?}

Come on in!

Slowly adding to the gallery wall ... but there's the monster of a tree with some Christmas cards hanging on a ribbon by a clothespin.

With no place for stockings, they go right up on the wall. Scott is the blue, I'm the red with rhinestones, and each puppy has a mini stocking.

Closeup of the mail bin full of Christmas cards. I've almost received 100! I'd love to go over that -- so any last minute Christmas cards feel free to send one my way! ;)

Some extra pretty ones hung... I spy Celia, Heather, Jen, Linny, Mrs. Monologues, Rebekah, Meghan, Lauren, Marie & Olivia! I usually display all my cards but we are lacking wall space this year. I need a good way to hang them all for next!

My sad poinsettia that is dying.

Some ornaments up close:

The first ornament I got for us. It has a tiny picture in the middle from 2009.

The only picture that I could find that fit in the O just right!

Last year I asked my husband to fill out this ornament. He did a good job.
We need one for this year! I tried Hallmark but all the "good" ones were already taken.

Very cute wine glass ornament from Olivia that says I'm in a Holidaze! She also sent me the martini glass below:

Presents under the tree. Already wrapped. I didn't procrastinate this year!

Erin Condren gift labels. Check.
I showed you a pic of Andre wearing the antlers. Kaze doesn't play that.

No thanks, MOM.

Tomorrow will be just three days from Christmas. I'm excited to eat yummy food, open presents {not going to lie}, and hope that everyone likes what I got them for the holidays this year.
Until next time... hope you're having an extra special holiday season!

So I was happy with my collection of 35ish cards, lol. But I have run out of room to display mine, too! I need to get a better system! Love the wall with wedding pics and Kaze looks like Gigi did when we put bells on her. I never knew dogs could "look" pissed, lol. Merry (1st married!) Christmas, chickie!
hahha, I love the Joy picture, it's perfect!

I love all your Christmas decor! I need to figure out a better way to display Christmas cards - I'm hoping by next year I'll have something in place. We just moved in together in Feb, I didn't anticipate as many cards as we've gotten! It's so much fun living with a boy!
Your tree looks so pretty! I need to find a way to hang all my Christmas cards too!
Great decor! Our stockings and xmas cards are also on our walls since I couldn't find a good place to put them haha!
I love your decor! Yay for Christmas cards!! :) I just have our cards on the fridge but next year I want to display them a little bit better. Your Christmas tree is really pretty!
happiest of holidays to you!! everything looks great.
What fabulous decorations and a pretty tree. I love how you display your Christmas cards! xo
Our stockings are hung the exact same way. We used those Command Hooks and just stuck 'em to the wall. Merry Christmas!
Wow. your card collection makes mine look absolutely pitiful, haha! I love your Christmas-y home :)
