This weekend was certainly one of those.
We had an amazing dinner and I wanted to share -- not only because it was delicious -- but also because Crowdtap & McCormick Grill Mates generously provided us with some seasoning to spice up our dinner routine!
Yes, another Crowdtap plug, but I'm doing a bit of blog housekeeping and this party package was pretty awesome. Look what they sent:
- Grill Mates® Spiced Brandy & Herb Marinade
- Grill Mates® Slow and Low Memphis Pit BBQ Rub
- Grill Mates® Montreal Steak Seasoning Blend
- Grill Mates® Molasses Bacon Seasoning Blend
- Grill Mates® Brown Sugar Bourbon BBQ Sauce
Talk about yum. I think my favorite item is the Bacon Seasoning... ummm... bacon everywhere! Talk about conveinent.
For tonight's dinner purposes, we used the Montreal Steak Seasoning.
Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate and we couldn't grill... so we did the next best thing. And -- it still came out AMAZING.
Which to use... which to use...
Here's what the husband used to marinate:
- Grill Mates® Montreal Steak Seasoning Blend
- Olive Oil
- Worcestershire Sauce
So delicious.
We then watched an hour of How I Met Your Mother [currently in the middle of the 2nd season... how did I NEVER watch this show?!] and now I'm ready for *bed.*
What a weekend.
Anyway, Crowdtap wins and McCormick Grill Mates is quite awesome. And tasty.

I've been loving all the Crowd Tap grill mates activities. The recipes they've been sharing have all looked delicious.
How do you get picked for all of these things?? Any tips? I always apply to House Parties and never get them & I have only received one Old Navy share so far. They hate me!
Wow, you got a lot of stuff! I didn't think it would be worth it. I should have got in on it. And yes, HIMYM is awesome. The first few seasons were definitely better than the more current ones, but it's still such a good show!
