With Memorial Day Weekend behind us, we can all agree that summer is definitely here. It's time to get outside and spend time with those who matter most. While my son is too young for traditional school, I still know that we will take the time this summer to make many memories in the pool, at the beach, and enjoying outdoor activities. My son is really into bubbles and ice cream right now, so I can't wait to include these fun extras at my next summer party where Hot Pockets and Outshine Fruit Bars are on the menu!
The best kinds of parties and get-togethers are the ones where there are hot eats and tasty snacks to share with friends and family. I wanted to create a summer soiree that was bright and colorful but was easy. Now that the kids are home for the summer, there isn't a lot of time to plan elaborate parties with a labor-intensive menu. When we hang out by the pool all day, it is best to have snacks ready to go! I went to Walmart to find a few party essentials that pleased everyone.
I ultimately decided on the EDY'Sยฎ OUTSHINEยฎ Fruit Bars in Pineapple and the EDYโSยฎ OUTSHINEยฎ Fruit & Veggie Bars in Peach Mango Medley.
The bright colors were a perfect match for a vibrant party theme that I created that was inspired by the colorful fruit flavors of these bars!

Summer Party Printables
These poolside snacks were just perfect for a weekend at home. The savory crust of the Hot Pocket paired with the refreshing fruit flavor of the Outshine bars were just what this family needed for a relaxing afternoon.
For the party decorations, I created an ice pop bunting. I used scrapbook paper that I already had and traced the outline of a fruit bar. I added a “stick” with tape, and I attached them all to a string. This easy project took less than ten minutes, but it was a fun touch to have.
Besides the fruit bar bunting, I created a few printables to frame. I picked a few colors that are perfect for summer, and I made 4 x 6 prints that say “Sun and Fun” and “Chill out!”
The entire collection has two 4 x 6 printables along with a blank digital invitation and an 8 x 10 fruit bar print! I used the fonts Mission Script and Trashhand in PicMonkey, so you can easily edit the invitation with your own details. Each file is a PNG.
Chill Out 4 x 6 Sign // Sun and Fun 4 x 6 Sign
These small details made the party really come together, and I am so happy to welcome the summer season. It is my favorite, by far, and I look forward to many more events at my home.
The pink, mint, and gold color combination is my favorite!
So, how will you enjoy your Outshine Fruit Bars? I think a pool or backyard party is on the agenda!
